Upon booking, a credit card must be on file to reserve your appointment time. Full price will be charged for no calls/no shows, unless a notification/reschedule is made before the 24 hour period.

An email address must be provided upon scheduling your appointment. A "Client Intake Form" and a "Interaction Policy" must be filled out prior to your appointment. Otherwise, you would have to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointmemt to fill them out. You may also fill out the below forms and send them via email or bring them to your appointment.

Just a reminder, if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms, please stay home! Temperature checks will be taken prior to service and masks are mandatory for my safety and yours throughout the massage. Detailed cleaning will be performed between sessions.
